Artist Statement: "Flowers have been present at nearly all the most important events in my life and the lives of those around me.
Flowers witness birth, marriage, death, celebrations and sorrows.
Flowers lift our spirits, bring color and nature into our lives, turn into our food, are even used to teach us about sex.
My flower paintings are a metaphor of events of life – mine and yours.”
